Smoothie – Mood Boosting Breakfast Blast
Having a smoothie at anytime of the day, is okay with me! Breakfast, Lunch, or even after a good workout…. But this smoothie is a little different, than your ordinary Mood Boosting Smoothie.
There are some key ingredients inside of this smoothie, that can change your life….
- 1/2 cup of Oats
- 5 Walnuts
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup of Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened Almond Milk
How To Make:
Add all ingredients to your cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Enjoy your smoothie!
